1/2 Ounce Gold Australian Kangaroo 2022

The half ounce .9999 gold Kangaroo is Australia’s fractional version of the one ounce gold Kangaroo bullion coin. Since 1986, the Perth Mint has produced this $50 face value coin with different reverse designs, with the initial Kangaroo design starting in the early 90’s. Each mintage year, the artwork on the reverse is a different Kangaroo scene. The face of the coin features Queen Elizabeth II. These coins are encased at the Perth Mint in plastic capsules for protection.
