General Overview
• First released in 1907, the $20 Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle was born from President Theodore Roosevelt’s coin beautification initiative.
• Designed by Augustus Saint-Gaudens, this coin is widely recognized for its neoclassical artistry and historical importance.
• It is one of the final gold coins struck before the U.S. ended gold currency circulation in 1933.
• With 90% gold purity and beautiful XF (Extremely Fine) condition, these coins remain prized by collectors and investors alike.

• Liberty holds a torch in her right hand symbolizing enlightenment, and an olive branch in her left representing peace.
• Framed by radiant beams of sunlight and stars representing the U.S. states.

Reverse:
• Displays a majestic bald eagle in flight, soaring above a rising sun.
• Inscribed above the sun is the national motto “In God We Trust,” which appears only on coins minted from late 1908 onward (not included on 1907 coins).
• Additional inscriptions include “United States of America” and “Twenty Dollars.”
